From Socks For Our Troops to Bedding For Your Family

In 1917 patriotic duty called when the U.S Government contracted with the Frankenmuth Woolen Mill to make 66,000 pairs of wool socks for the doughboys in Europe.

These wool socks pictured in the top right hand corner of this photo helped the American troops fight "trench foot" which in turn helped Uncle Sam "Stamp Out The Kaiser!"

We still support our troops but now our focus is on  wool bedding and providing better, healthier sleep for all!

Thank you to Brennan Gauthier for the amazing photo and his permission to share it!
